Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

As our products are made to order, there can be delays during peak times where our manufacturing may experience delays due to a high volume of orders, in which case we will notify you by email.

Delivery times can also be delayed in peak seasonal times or due to unexpected global events that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

We don’t currently offer in-store pickup.

 

International Shipping

We don’t currently offer international shipping outside of Australia via the website however please get in touch with us directly if you’d like to arrange a quote to ship to your country contact@plekofurniture.com

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. The tracking number will only become available once the order has been dispatched.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@plekofurniture.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We can only delivery to physical addresses due to limitations from our carrier and the physical size of our products.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

We do not accept returns due to a change in mind. Please note that finish of the ‘film-face’ laminate is not a “perfect surface” and often has light marks and imperfections due to the manufacturing process. We won’t accept returns based on this.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@plekofurniture.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition, with the box and label clearly pictured in the same photo (example below). We will replace any damaged parts,  addressed on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
