FAQ
Do you build custom products?
We don’t build custom products for single item purchases. Our furniture is designed to meet a wide range of requirements and that’s why it is available at a great price. We realise that some people require custom rack space sizes and that’s why we offer standalone rack units.
We do offer custom solutions for commercial fit-outs for organisations such as broadcasters and educational institutions. If you would like to enquire about a quote for your commercial needs please contact us. Please note that small single item purchases (for example a small modification to an existing product) do not qualify for a commercial fit-out and we don’t have the scope for these kind of small jobs.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once payment has been accepted, your order will be manufactured. All our products are built to order and take approximately 1-2 weeks to be fulfilled and delivered, however during busy times such as Christmas or in the case of the delivery address being rural or isolated, delivery times can be 2-3 weeks.
Where do you ship to?
We deliver Australia-wide and are delighted to offer affordable, carbon neutral shipping. You will be given an exact shipping price based on your address at checkout.
Our furniture comes flat-packed with easy to follow assembly instructions and only requires some basic tools such as a mallet and screw driver.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, you must have a physical address.

What colours are available?
We currently offer our furniture in two finshes as is displayed on the web store. All our furniture comprises of high quality Hoop Pine furniture grade plywood, source locally and sustainably from Queensland with an RW-PEFC Certification. The Natural wood colour is hand sanded and waxed for a smooth matte finish and we also offer a matte black version of this which is hand stained prior to waxing.
What sizes do your desks come in?
Specifications are on each product page. Please read carefully. We don’t build custom sizes unless they are for commercial purposes, please refer to item 1 in this FAQ for more information.
I'm having trouble assembling my desk!
Please read the assembly manual thoroughly before contacting us. The instructions are designed to be simiple to follow. In some cases you will require some basic tools which we don’t provide such as a screwdriver and a mallet. Some items will require two people to construct at various points to handle large and awkward parts, as highlighted in the instructions.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns due to a change in mind.
Please note that the wood we use comes in an A B finish. That means that the exterior facing side of the wood is a higher grade than the ply of the under side. We don’t accept returns based on the A B finish of the product. All our products are quality controlled and inspected after manufacturing and before packaging to ensure the product is of a top grade.
If there is damage to any part of the desk due to the shipping stage, please read the next tab about damaged goods.

Product after-care information
Hoop Pine Plywood
Hoop Pine is a soft wood and in the case that you dent or damage the surface, it is easy to repair yourself. Simply sand the area you would like to repair with a medium sand paper followed by a very light grit sand paper and simply apply some Osmo Wood Wax. Your furniture will be restored to it’s original lustre.
Desksaver Pads
To clean your Desksaver Pad simply apply a damp, soapy cloth and rub in a circular motion to remove any dirt or marks.
Rinse away soap with a clean damp cloth.
